Dry Curing
We are proud to make bacon and still dry cure our meat in the same time-honoured ways it’s been done in Britain since the 16th century. We use a tried and tested curing blend to ensure the optimal taste and preservation of our bacon.
For our private cutting customers we also offer a slicing and packing service to your requirements.
